DELRAY BEACH, Fla. - Rezul -- True Floridian Realty and FurBaby Real Estate, both based in South Florida, announced today that they have merged to form "The FurBaby Group at True Floridian Realty." The two real estate powerhouses – headquartered in downtown Delray Beach – are led by Noelle McIntyre and Adrianne Kurman respectively, who together have partnered on various deals over the last two years.

Kurman created FurBaby Real Estate in 2017 (after 15 years in the real estate industry) with the goal of making it easier for clients to find homes that fit both their own needs and their pets' needs. By focusing on finding her clients pet-friendly homes and communities and simultaneously giving back to animal rescue charities with every home sale and purchase, Kurman has created a unique, specialized and sought-after niche (for both clients and agents) in the real estate market.

McIntyre, who founded True Floridian Realty in 2011 and is the Broker/Owner, has made her mark as a third-generation Floridian with a wide network of contacts and a thirst for helping those in need (including various pet rescue organizations).

With their joint passion for giving back to individuals, animals and organizations in need, Kurman and McIntyre are confident both their clients and the community will benefit. In 2019 alone, True Floridian Realty and FurBaby Real Estate have donated nearly $20,000 to local pet rescue organizations in Palm Beach County.
