Gwinnett Housing Corporation, Richport Properties and Sovereign Realty & Management Celebrate 21 New Homeowners, Showcasing the Power of Partnership to Expand Homeownership
LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - Rezul -- In a market where high interest rates sideline working families, 21 local households achieved homeownership through the sellout of FORKVIEW in Gwinnett County.
The project was initiated through the Welcome Home Program and a collaboration between Gwinnett Housing Corporation (developer), Richport Properties (builder), and Sovereign Realty & Management (listing brokerage). All 21 homes closed, providing long-term equity opportunities and neighborhood stability.
Beat the Market: Turning Subsidies into Sustainable Equity
The Welcome Home program provided a viable path to ownership for families priced out of Metro Atlanta. For some purchasers, this represented the milestone of becoming a homeowner for the first time. Bringing this subdivision to completion required organizations with complementary expertise working toward a common goal.
Gwinnett Housing Corporation led development, expanding housing opportunities in Gwinnett County. Richport Properties brought the vision to life through quality construction, and Sovereign Realty & Management served as the listing brokerage, marketing the development and guiding buyers through closing day.
