PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - Rezul -- Brookfield Kolter Land Partners marked the community debut of Solaeris on Friday, publicly unveiling a new master-planned community west of Port St. Lucie that is approved for up to 8,100 homes across 11 distinct neighborhoods and preserves more than 700 acres of pine and palm forest, waterways and green space.

The celebration, held at the community entrance on Glades Cut Off Road, marked the first public milestone for the approximately 3,300-acre development, where seven neighborhoods have commenced site work and master roadways are nearing completion.

The morning opened with a welcome reception, where guests viewed renderings of the community and learned more about new home and neighborhood plans from Solaeris builder partners. Attendees included St. Lucie County officials, builder leadership and project partners. Guests and builder partners gathered for a commemorative photo before a closing reception with refreshments, music and community renderings on display.
