Solid Earth Unveils New Recursive™ MLS Platform, Association Software, and Safe AI Tools at RESO
Rezul News/10748811
Real estate tech pioneer helps MLSs take full control of their listing data with easy-to-use software and built-in AI safety guardrails.
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Rezul -- Today at the RESO Fall Conference, Solid Earth announced the launch of three new connected tools for the real estate industry: the Recursive™ MLS platform, an integrated Association Management System (AMS), and Recursive AI™. Built using open industry standards, the software gives Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) and REALTOR® associations a complete system to run their operations while keeping total ownership of their data.
Giving Data Control Back to the MLS
For years, real estate listings have been stored in third-party software databases, which often charge extra fees to access data or make it hard to move if an organization switches technology providers. Solid Earth's Recursive platform changes this by storing listing data directly inside the MLS's own cloud account in an open format.
Key highlights include:
Why We Built It

"After member relationships, data is the most important asset an MLS owns. Traditional vendors force you to rent access to your own asset." said Eric Stegemann, CEO of Solid Earth. "We built Recursive to keep the MLS in charge. By combining open cloud storage with AI guardrails that automatically enforce your local rules, we are giving MLSs complete data independence alongside the modern tools their members need"
A Long History of Innovation
The launch of Recursive marks the next step in Solid Earth's growth as a trusted technology partner for real estate organizations.
"Solid Earth launched the first web-based MLS in 1999, and that legacy of innovation continues today," said Rebecca Pearson, VP of Marketing at Solid Earth. "From single sign-on to secure passkey logins, we've always focused on making technology simpler and safer. Recursive builds on that experience with a modern approach that puts local MLSs back in control."
Availability
The Recursive™ MLS platform, AMS software, and Recursive AI harness are built and contracts are currently being signed. RESO Conference attendees in Colorado Springs can see a live demonstration with the Solid Earth team.

- Custom MLS / Member LLM: The industry's first large language model created exclusively for MLSs to offer to members. With complete data protection from harm.
- First MLS Specific Harness for AI: Other vendors are focused on data distribution platforms and MCPs. Unfortunately, most AI can be asked to violate MLS data rules through these channels. Recursive's harness protects all of an MLSs data while still allowing third party systems, approved by the MLS, to connect.
- No Extra Data Fees & Total Ownership: Listing data stays in open storage owned entirely by the MLS. There are zero extra access fees and no risk of losing data if an MLS ever decides to switch platforms.
- Faster Listing Entry & Clean Records: Agents can start entering a listing by simply typing an address, which automatically fills in up to 80% of the information from public records and past sales. The platform automatically catches errors before listings go live.
- Safe AI Assistant: Recursive AI gives real estate agents a helpful tool to search listings in natural language across multiple MLSs, build market reports, and draft property descriptions. It automatically follows local MLS rules, hides private agent notes, and never shares listing data to train outside AI models.
- Simple Dashboard for MLS Staff: Staff and leadership get a single, clear screen to oversee data feeds, manage member access, and block unauthorized data scrapers with one click..
