CompStak Launches Agent Connect, an MCP Server for Verified Commercial Real Estate Data
Rezul News/10746851
Agent Connect (MCP) is available with CompStak One Connect, a new tier that also adds Rent Predictor to the CompStak One platform.
MANHATTAN, N.Y. - Rezul -- CompStak, the leading source of commercial real estate lease comps, sale comps, property data, and analytics, today announced CompStak One Connect, pairing the CompStak One platform with two new tools: Agent Connect, an MCP server that lets teams query CompStak's verified data from AI tools they already use, and Rent Predictor, which prices spaces with no recent comp.
CRE teams have spent years building AI workflows on top of their own data, but adding a verified outside dataset usually meant a lengthy integration project. Agent Connect runs on Model Context Protocol, an open standard for connecting AI assistants to outside data. An analyst can ask for a comp set in Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini and get an answer drawn from CompStak's verified database, alongside their own internal data and models.

"CRE work is moving out of standalone platforms and into agents and custom workflows," said Michael Mandel, Co-Founder and CEO of CompStak. "Agent Connect puts our verified comps and our Insights APIs inside the tools our customers already have open, so an analyst can go from a question to a sourced comp set in one session, with no integration project."
Rent Predictor produces Estimated Starting Rent Today, a modeled starting rent for spaces with no recent comp, powered by CompStak's proprietary AI and trained on millions of verified lease comps. Most space in a market has not traded recently, and teams have either estimated it by hand or left it out of the model. Rent Predictor gives them a number instead.
Both tools run on the full CompStak One platform: verified lease, sale, property, and loan data across 105 US markets, plus Analytics, Portfolios, CompScout, and AI Market Summary. Every record is verified by more than 40,000 brokers, appraisers, and researchers, backed by machine learning and in-house research analysts.
