He pointed out that the driveway had been improperly sealed by another company in the past and now years later the sealant is breaking down causing a variety of issues. After the cleaning process is complete, they will usually come back and seal the driveway properly.

Soft washing is a process in which special cleaning solutions are used to break down dirt, mold, mildew and algae that has accumulated on the roof. The lower psi offers more safety from damaging or dislodging the tiles and there are no harsh chemicals left on the roof that could possibly run off and harm plant life.
