He pointed out that the driveway had been improperly sealed by another company in the past and now years later the sealant is breaking down causing a variety of issues. After the cleaning process is complete, they will usually come back and seal the driveway properly.

Soft washing is a process in which special cleaning solutions are used to break down dirt, mold, mildew and algae that has accumulated on the roof.
