Systemores Launches Fork: Web-Native Interactive Video Engine Debuts With Thriller 'The Hollow'

AUSTIN, Texas - Rezul -- Systemores LLC today announced the public launch of Fork, a web-native interactive vertical video engine, alongside the premiere of debut thriller The Hollow. Fork streams mobile-first cinema directly in standard mobile browsers, enabling real-time binary narrative choices with zero playback latency.

While demand for interactive storytelling continues to grow, traditional branching video has suffered from heavy app installs, account friction, and buffering pauses that shatter suspense. Fork eliminates these barriers with an instant, browser-based streaming architecture:

* Zero-Friction Web Delivery: Runs directly in mobile Safari and Chrome with no app downloads or logins.

* Deterministic Diamond DAGs: Branching paths recombine through narrative bottlenecks, preserving player agency while preventing exponential branch explosion.

* Dual-Buffer Edge Preloading: Powered by Cloudflare R2, upcoming branch clips preload invisibly during playback, ensuring instantaneous, frame-accurate scene transitions every 6 to 10 seconds.

The platform debuts with The Hollow, a psychological thriller where viewers make rapid survival decisions for a protagonist hunted through dark Appalachian woods. Chapters 1-3 are live and free to stream today, with Chapter 4 dropping October 15, 2026.

"I first attempted interactive video in 1999, but 56k dial-up and bandwidth limits made real-time branching impossible," said Bob Carilli, Founder and CEO of Systemores LLC. "For nearly three decades, buffering wheels and app installs killed narrative momentum. With modern edge delivery and deterministic graphs, anyone with a smartphone can now tap a link and direct a live thriller with zero latency."
