Apple Valley Home Sales Fall 10.6% as Active Listings Decline 22.2% in September 2026
Rezul News/10748318
California Regional MLS data also shows fewer pending sales and longer marketing times, according to a new Apple Valley market report from Charlotte Volsch.
APPLE VALLEY, Calif. - Rezul -- Apple Valley recorded 76 closed residential sales in September 2026, compared with 85 in September 2025, a 10.6% decline, according to California Regional MLS data reported through InfoSparks.
Active listings decreased 22.2%, from 455 to 354, during the same period.
Charlotte Volsch, Broker Owner, Estate Property Advisor & Probate & Trust Real Estate Specialist with The Volsch Team at Volsch Enterprises, Inc., published the findings in her September 2026 Apple Valley Housing Market Report.
September 2026 Market Findings
The report identifies six year-over-year comparisons:
"Apple Valley recorded fewer closed sales and fewer active listings in September 2026 than a year earlier. Those figures describe the overall residential market, but they do not determine the right decision for an individual property. For families handling an inherited home, financing, taxes, insurance, property condition, estate timelines and family goals all need to be considered before deciding whether to sell," Volsch said.
