San Antonio app lets home-service crews build a job proposal by talking or snapping a photo

ServicePros Hub puts predictive AI, hands-free quoting, and smarter review requests in a flat $33-a-month app built for small tree, lawn, and field-service businesses
SAN ANTONIO - Rezul -- ServicePros Hub, a San Antonio software company, has released a job-management app that lets a home-service crew build a proposal without sitting down at a computer. A worker can talk the job through out loud, or snap a photo of handwritten notes, and the app writes the proposal, fills in the client, the work and the prices, and leaves the owner to check it and send.
The app runs predictive AI built in to help a small shop the way a back office helps a large one. It ranks proposals by which are most likely to be accepted, and flags invoices that are likely to be paid late. It watches for customers who have gone quiet, and points out customers who live near an upcoming job so a crew can let them know they will be in the area.
One feature runs against the grain. When a job is finished, the app asks the customer for a Google review, but it holds that request back when the job notes suggest the customer may not be happy. Instead it tells the owner in a daily memo, so the owner can make things right before any review goes out.

ServicePros Hub costs $33 a month, flat, for up to 10 users, with every feature included and no per-user fees. New users get a 30-day free trial that takes no credit card. The company built the app for small tree, lawn, landscape, pool, and other field-service businesses that have been priced out of, or buried by, software made for large companies.
"Most of this software is built for big companies with a back office," said Travis Hale, founder of ServicePros Hub. "I built this for the person who is still in the truck. You can price a job before you have put your ladder away, and the app quietly handles the parts an owner never has time for."
ServicePros Hub is available now at serviceproshub.com.
