Previous Santa Rosa Apartment Community Was Destroyed in Tubbs Fire
SANTA ROSA, Calif. - Rezul -- – More than three years after it was destroyed by the Tubbs Fire, the newly rebuilt Sonoma Ranch Apartments is once again leasing much needed apartments in the Larkfield area of northern Santa Rosa.
Located at 4450 Old Redwood Highway, the 96-unit Sonoma Ranch Apartments was known as Estancia Apartments before it was burned to the ground in the 2017 firestorm. The completely reimagined new community now offers one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments ranging in size from 760 square feet to 1,350 square feet with monthly rents priced from $2,295 to $3,395.
The 5.5-acre low density Sonoma Ranch development, which originally featured 72 apartment homes, now features modern farmhouse style architecture with an array of community amenities such as a resident clubhouse, electric vehicle charging stations, a heated swimming pool and a spacious dog park.
