Phase Release at Lennar's Innovation Coming Soon

FREMONT, Calif. - Feb. 9, 2018 - Rezul -- Lennar is getting ready to release their second and limited phase of new homes for sale at the highly sought-after Innovation community in the next few weeks. More than 150 homeshoppers showed up to the first event, where prequalified buyers were entered into a raffle for the opportunity to purchase one of the limited homes and select their homesite. The second phase release will work the same way, so homeshoppers should get prequalified in order to be entered into the lottery at the upcoming second event.
