PulteGroup expands Northeast Florida presence with Oakmere coming soon to Mandarin

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Rezul -- The Northeast Florida Division of PulteGroup, one of the nation's leading homebuilders, announces Oakmere, an intimate, new construction community coming soon to Mandarin in Jacksonville. Located off Aladdin Road, Oakmere is a single-family home community with only 62 spacious 80' homesites on 27.5 acres.

A new model home, featuring the Carnegie Grand floor plan, is under construction. The model and the community are opening in mid-October. Oakmere will have low HOA fees and no CDD fees.
