Peder Hulse Joins Hilliker Corporation as a Broker

Hulse brings more than two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a strong track record in development, sales, and leasing of office, industrial, and investment properties.

Throughout his career, Hulse has collaborated with leading firms such as Summit Realty and Green Street Real Estate Ventures, and he founded his own firm, Hulse Commercial Real Estate, in 2014. His deep knowledge of sustainability and adaptive reuse projects has been instrumental in the successful redevelopment of notable projects, including transforming a warehouse into a vibrant brewery/restaurant for Urban Chestnut in the Grove and redeveloping the Sheet Metal Workers Union Hall into one of St. Louis's few LEED Platinum -certified facilities.
