Florida brokerage team wins CoStar's Q1 2021 Power Broker Quarterly Deals Award

ORLANDO, Fla. - Rezul -- Holladay Properties' Florida brokerage team has won a CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals Award for the fifth consecutive quarter. The CoStar Power Brokers Quarterly Deals winners are determined by the top deals executed every quarter, based on price and square footage. The award is the result of a 5,638 square foot lease to SimonMed Imaging.

Brian Wilcox and Matt Poncy, Directors of Brokerage Services with Holladay Properties, represented the landlord, Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate, in the lease deal. The Florida team currently lists three properties for Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate, and represents over two million square feet in the State of Florida in total.

"As you can imagine, it is extremely difficult to lease large blocks of space to medical users, especially during a pandemic. In addition to negotiating two building sales that will close within the next two months totaling roughly $20 million, the Florida team has leased over 80,000 square feet of medical office in the first quarter of 2021. The leases were with medical specialties including diagnostic imaging, ambulatory surgery, orthopedics, oncology, rheumatology, dermatology, OB/GYN, internal medicine, clinical research, and many more.
