Developed alongside the Myakka River, Soleta is situated eight miles east of Verna Road/Fruitville Road, and four miles west of Myakka City. Once complete, Soleta's 93 homesites will spread across 537 acres, with 150 acres in preservation.

Within the community, Lee Wetherington Homes will be building on half- to one-acre homesites. Prospective homeowners can begin their homebuying journey by choosing from a vast array of inspiration plans or work with their internal architect to design their own custom home design.
