For those who may be new to bike commuting or getting back into it after some time away, advance clinics hosted by local businesses and community partners are available. These clinics cover topics such as preparing your body for riding, safe riding practices, finding the right bike and fitting it properly, and basic bike maintenance.

Businesses and organizations can also show their support for Bike to Work Day by becoming a corporate champion, hosting an advance clinic, or signing up as a breakfast station. As a breakfast station host, they agree to provide a free breakfast for up to 100 cyclists. The offerings can range from simple to elaborate, and breakfast will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for the first 100 cyclists at each location.

All participating breakfast stations will be included on the citywide Bike to Work Day map. Additionally, the City will provide posters, stickers, wayfinding signage, and limited-edition Bike to Work Day gear for breakfast station staff while supplies last.

Residents, businesses, and organizations can find more information about Bike to Work Day, view the map, prepare for the event, and sign up to support it on the City's website at ColoradoSprings.gov/BikeToWork.
