Colliers finalizes sale of office property in Houston, Texas

HOUSTON - Rezul -- Colliers is pleased to announce the sale of a ±2.67 acre site with a ±5,785 usable square foot office building at 13623 Perry Road in Houston, Texas. The buyer, Antelmo Investments, LLC, was represented by Kariliz Perez of Stone & Fields. Tom Condon, Jr. and John Grimsley of Colliers represented the seller in the transaction. Financing for the property was provided by Lone Star Bank and closing was coordinated by Jane Mathews with Stewart Title - Tomball.

The buyer intends to convert the building for use by Hernannez Funeral Homes as an expansion location.

"There was a strong demand for a stand-alone building in this submarket, such that Colliers was able to generate multiple offers on the property quickly after taking the opportunity to market," said Tom Condon, Jr. of Colliers."The sale was closed with one of the initial offerors with the best terms that met the seller's disposition objectives."

The property sits within easy access to Highway 249 and Beltway 8. The building is a single-story office building with excess land available for expansion and has a gated entry. It was built in 2002.
