Haydee Ginger, the CEO of Spartan, and Ron Haugen, the COO, oversee the Virginia headquarters, which also manages operations in Florida and Texas to ensure that the Texas Division has the necessary resources for their rescue missions. To date, Spartan, in collaboration with organizations like PFA, has rescued dozens trafficking victims and safeguarded more than a dozen victims of domestic violence.

Ryan Miller, the divisional president of Spartan Florida operations, emphasizes the crucial issue of port oversight in Florida and the concerning rise in trafficking enabled by the insufficient security measures at these ports.
