Construction underway on Turnleaf's new Amenity Campus

PUNTA GORDA, Fla. - Rezul -- GreenPointe Holdings has begun construction on The Branch amenity campus at Turnleaf, a new master-planned community in Punta Gorda on Florida's Southwest Coast. Members of the development team, including GreenPointe Holdings, Curran Young Construction and South Florida Architecture, recently gathered at the site to mark the milestone with a groundbreaking ceremony.

A 5,600-square-foot pool, complete with lap lanes, generous sundeck and gathering spaces, will serve as the centerpiece for recreation and socializing, while The Branch will be home to a host of community events and provide the perfect place for neighbors to connect. Residents can stay active at the fully equipped fitness center or enjoy pickleball and bocce ball courts, outdoor yoga lawn and a network of multi-use paths for walking, biking or jogging. Young residents will enjoy endless hours of adventure on the expansive playground.
