Risk Rater, Threat Assessment App, gives Users the Same Threat Evaluation as the Rich and Powerful
Rezul News/10701552
Risk Rater uses the same tech that government agencies uses to assess threats
WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - Rezul -- A new app, Risk Rater, provides individuals, businesses, schools, and others with access to the same Ground Zero Threat Algorithm that government agencies and billionaires use to protect themselves. For the first time, Risk Rater combines tried-and-true threat assessment techniques with AI to deliver a complete threat assessment for every situation.
"Major corporations, government agencies, and even 1%-ers have access to threat assessments that let them know if someone is a true threat," said Richard Ward, founder and creator of Risk Rater. "I wanted to put that same power in the hands of individuals, schools, churches, corporate leaders, anyone who needs to know if someone is a threat."
The Risk Rater app does one thing: diagnose threats via a Ground Zero Threat Algorithm. This technology, developed by law enforcement and the military, is used to assess terrorists, threats of war, and anything that threatens peace and stability. If a risk threshold is met, the app creates a detailed report of its findings.

Risk Rater's report includes:
Risk Raters use a simple color coding system to inform users of the severity of risks: RED (Exigent; immediate threat), ORANGE (Problematic; possible threat), and BLUE (Watch and Wait; there is no immediate threat, but continue to be vigilant).
"We've been testing it in our school to determine if any of the students might be threats," said Peter R., a superintendent of a California school. "To date, it's been spot on. While we also rely on our own people and experience, Risk Rater gives us another assessment tool to confirm or make us question our conclusions. This app helps us increase safety for our students."
