With over 25 years of hands-on experience in real estate, community association management, and development, Andrew has a proven track record in organic growth, client retention, and strategic leadership.

Previously, Andrew served as Director of Business Development at a national community management firm, driving expansion across the East Coast and mentoring industry professionals. At CPM, he will oversee the eastern Pennsylvania portfolio, focusing on Philadelphia and the Lehigh Valley. He brings a strong knowledge of the local areas and clientele along with a high level of industry experience.
