Simon Pedersen
Simon specializes in residential real estate including multifamily homes, investment properties, and new construction. Born and raised in Oslo, Norway, Simon served as deputy platoon commander in the Military Police in the Norwegian Army. Having had a presence in the Southwest Florida area for over 10 years, Simon brings a wealth of domestic and international sales and management experience including being fluent in Norwegian, Swedish and Danish.
Simon is the past NAR (National Association of Realtors) President's Liaison to Norway, a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). When not working in the real estate business, Simon enjoys the outdoors fishing, boating, and is also a commercially rated pilot.

Annette Swift
Annette Swift is a full-time Realtor dedicated to meeting the needs of all her clients throughout the entire process of buying or selling. She knows and appreciates all that makes South Florida one of the most desirable places to live in the country. She became a licensed Realtor in 1997 and a Broker in 2000. Her diverse experience in real estate has included transactions in vacant land, farms, residential homes, commercial property, & short sales. Annette is a native of South Florida where she attended Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton and received a degree in Business Management.

Angie Christie
Hailing from Canada to key west in 1989, living and loving the island life came to an end when her daughter decided she wanted a horse…And so it began. In 2004, the island life was traded for something else. A pitchfork and pastures were soon a reality, leaving behind the sandy shores and bright blue waters. Angie's love for her daughter and fueling her dreams with the passion for horses has now become Angie's and her husband, Eric's lifestyle, incorporating a farm filled with happy rescue dogs, cats, goats, and horses.

Barb Sullivan
Barbara has over 25 years of sales experience and has continued to exercise her passion since moving to Southwest Florida 15 years ago. She is an active member of the community, having joined multiple organizations including the Women's Council of Realtors, Southwest Florida Board of Realtors, and Women's Initiative Group. She also supports several charities including the Hope Hospice, The Pace Center for Girls, and CCMI. Her greatest sense of accomplishment comes from making the experience for her clients as seamless and enjoyable as she possibly can. She understands how critical it is for one of the largest purchases of the individual's life to be handled professionally and comfortably. Barb's lives her brand, "BarbCares", which is fully exemplified by the relationships she upholds even after the closing process is complete. With her outstanding networking ability, she knows the best in town for any modifications to the property new homebuyers may desire and goes the extra mile to make sure they are situated and content while adjusting to their new surroundings. Barbara's wealth of knowledge about Southwest Florida real estate and excellent reputation within the industry are demonstrated by her ongoing repeat business and friendships that have developed from a chance encounter through a simple referral or ad in the paper.
