Simon Pedersen
Simon specializes in residential real estate including multifamily homes, investment properties, and new construction. Born and raised in Oslo, Norway, Simon served as deputy platoon commander in the Military Police in the Norwegian Army. Having had a presence in the Southwest Florida area for over 10 years, Simon brings a wealth of domestic and international sales and management experience including being fluent in Norwegian, Swedish and Danish.
Simon is the past NAR (National Association of Realtors) President's Liaison to Norway, a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). When not working in the real estate business, Simon enjoys the outdoors fishing, boating, and is also a commercially rated pilot.

Annette Swift
Annette Swift is a full-time Realtor dedicated to meeting the needs of all her clients throughout the entire process of buying or selling.
