Senior Vice President Speaks on Important Industry Topics from Emerging Trends and Legislation to Succession Planning.
IRVINE, Calif. - Rezul -- Powerstone Property Management Inc., a full-service, Orange County, California-based property management firm, today reported that Joseph Price, CCAM, CMCA, CAMEx, has recently been sharing his two decades of experience with Community Managers and Associations across California. Price, a Senior Vice-President has held multiple executive-level positions at some of the largest property management companies in the country and has been with Powerstone since 2021. Powerstone's CEO, Rene Decker says: "It's heartening and exciting to see our senior executives sharing what they know with other members of this dynamic industry." He adds: "It's easy to understand why the California Association of Community Managers (CACM) is so interested in Joe's opinions. Recently, Mr. Price has spoken at the Santa Clara Convention Center and the Disneyland Hotel at the CACM Law Seminar and Expo, regarding the new balcony law– SB326. In May he presented in Coachella at the CACM Spring Forum on changes facing the industry in 2022. Most recently he joined the CACM Executive Leadership Summit and spoke on the topic of "Mergers, Acquisitions and Succession Planning."
