GreenPointe Holdings promotes Megan Maldonado to Senior Developed Real Estate Manager

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Rezul -- GreenPointe Holdings is pleased to announce the promotion of Megan Maldonado to Senior Developed Real Estate Manager. In her expanded role, Madonado oversees homeowner and community association operations across the company's communities throughout Florida. Working closely with residents, boards of directors, management companies, and internal teams, she helps ensure GreenPointe neighborhoods continue to thrive.

Madonado joined GreenPointe as Developed Real Estate Manager in 2024. Prior to joining GreenPointe, she spent 17 years with a national community association management firm in Regional Director and Operations Manager roles. In addition to managing HOA and CDD operations, her experience includes procedure development, financial oversight, operations support, association formation, and turnover procedures.

A Licensed Community Association Manager, Maldonado is currently pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Real Estate at Florida State University. She earned her bachelor's degree in business administration management from the University of North Florida.
