Partnership will Promote Impact Sourcing as a Business Practice in the BPO Industry
WINDERMERE, Fla. - April 17, 2019 - Rezul -- IAOP® today announced a strategic alliance with Business Process Enabling South Africa (BPESA). The relationship will leverage both organizations' expertise to collectively advance impact sourcing as a business practice that impacts local communities by creating jobs in the BPO industry in underserved areas.
"Employment for high potential but disadvantaged people in the BPO sector is the main objective but getting businesses to understand that this innovative model can help them meet and exceed their cost and quality objectives, is where IAOP can help," said IAOP CEO, Debi Hamill. "Impact sourcing is no longer about finding a cause to support; it's a smart and important way to conduct business."
The missions of BPESA and IAOP are complementary and intersecting with respect to providing thought leadership and networking opportunities for those organizations within the BPO space. Exchanging relevant information and supporting key initiatives between the organizations will advance each other's causes and the entire ecosystem will benefit.
