HistoryMaker Homes Opens Glen Crossing in Celina

DALLAS - Rezul -- HistoryMaker Homes opened its newest Dallas-Fort Worth community this week in Celina. Glen Crossing offers single-family homes starting in the upper $200s.

HistoryMaker will sell one and two-story homes on fifty- and sixty-foot lots. Floor plans start at 1,788 square feet with HistoryMaker's standard energy efficient features like Energy Star rated appliances and LED light bulbs included in every home.

Glen Crossing features a number of community amenities, as well, including hiking and bike trails, a community pond, resort-style pool, cabanas, a community event lawn and green spaces. This community is a Wynne/Jackson development.

The opening coincides with HistoryMaker's New Home Savings Event which can help homeowners add up to $25,000 in limited-time incentives. This can include a Home Tech Package, closing cost assistance and a Convenience Packages or a design center allowance.
