GARDEN CITY, S.C. - Rezul -- Lee Hewitt, Broker-in-Charge of Garden City Realty, Inc., a full-service real estate office, is pleased to announce that Drew Dellinger is the Top Listing Agent and Bobby Streett is the Top Selling Agent of April.

With more than six million in sales year-to-date, Dellinger ranks within the top five percent of total MLS sales volume for the entire Grand Strand market. As recognition for his outstanding 2021 MLS ranking within the top five percent of total MLS sales volume, Dellinger was named a GCR Platinum Club Level REALTOR. Likewise, he was named GCR's Top Producer of the Year, Listing Agent of the Year, CRM Listing Agent of the Year, Listing Transactions Agent of the Year, and Total Transactions Agent of the Year.

Year-to-date, he is the firm's Top Listing Agent in January, March, and First Quarter, and the Top Selling Agent in January and First Quarter.
