Garden City Realty recognizes its August Agent of the Month

GARDEN CITY, S.C. - Rezul -- Lee Hewitt, Broker-in-Charge of Garden City Realty, a full-service real estate office,  is pleased to announce that Brian White is the Top Listing Agent and Bobby Streett is the Top Selling Agent of August.

With nearly two million in sales in 2020, the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS ranks White within the top 32 percent of total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market. In 2020 he was named the company's Top LeadingRE Outgoing Transactions Agent of the Year.

Year-to-date, White ranks within the top 15 percent of total MLS sales volume for the entire Grand Strand market with more than five million in sales.

White has been with GCR since 2018 and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), the South Carolina Association of REALTORS (SCR), and the Coastal Carolinas Association of REALTORS (CCAR). He also holds the Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations. With nearly eight million in sales in 2020, CCAR ranks Streett within the top 10 percent of total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market. As recognition for his outstanding 2020 MLS ranking, Streett was named a Garden City Realty Gold Club Level REALTOR. Likewise, he was named Top LeadingRE Incoming Transactions Agent of the Year.

Year-to-date, Streett ranks within the top two percent of total MLS sales volume for the entire Grand Strand market with more than 14 million in sales. He is the office's Top Selling Agent for March, April, May, and the first and second quarters.

Streett has been a Broker Associate with GCR since 2004 and has been selling real estate for more than 43 years. He is a member of NAR, SCR, and CCAR. Additionally, he is a Graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI), holds the Recreation and Resort Specialist (RRS) designation, and is a certified insurance counselor.
