Garden City Realty announces Douglas Morris and Brecken Fox are Top Agents of the Month

GARDEN CITY, S.C. - Rezul -- Garden City Realty has announced that Douglas Morris is the Top Listing Agent, and Brecken Fox of Streett Property Consultants team is the Top Selling Agent of the Month.

With nearly $7.5 million in sales year-to-date, Morris ranks within the top eight percent of the total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market. His total sales volume includes:

• 12 listing transactions totaling nearly $6 million
• five selling transactions totaling more than $1.5 million
• a total average sale price of $440,647
• a total average of 100 days on the market

Morris is a fifth-generation Murrells Inlet native. He is a multi-million dollar producer and a 2016 graduate of Leadership CCAR.

Brecken Fox, REALTOR
With more than $13 million in sales year-to-date, Streett Property Consultants team ranks within the top three percent of total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market. Of that, Fox's sales volume includes:

• one listing transactions totaling $195,000
• three selling transactions totaling more than $1.9 million
• a total average sale price of $529,750
• a total average of 77 days on the market for all Streett Property Consultants team listings

Fox is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. He joined Streett Property Consultants team in 2022.
