dd's Discounts is coming to Lubbock, Texas!!

PLANO, Texas - Rezul -- NetCo Investments, Inc., a Plano, Texas-based real estate investment and development company announces dd's Discounts' lease execution at its Caprock Shopping Center in Lubbock, Texas. The approximately 18,485 square foot store is projected to open in 4th quarter 2025. This will be dd's Discounts first store in Lubbock.  Ross Dress for Less, the parent company of dd's Discounts, has over 2,000 stores in the US.

The 255,000 square foot Caprock Shopping Center is situated at 50th Street and Boston Ave, just two miles from Texas Tech University. The property is home to Ross Dress for Less, Rainbow Apparel, Dollar Tree, Rent A Center and is shadow anchored by The Home Depot.

NetCo Investments, Inc. was represented in-house by Tim Kushner, VP of Leasing, and dd's Discounts was represented by Jim Tapp of Tapp Company.
