Concierge Auctions Set to Achieve Highest Sale Price in Lake Las Vegas Since 2016

NEW YORK - Rezul -- 43 Rue Mediterra Drive, a 9,328-square-foot waterfront estate on Lake Las Vegas, created a bidding war among 8 buyers and successfully sold at auction last week through Concierge Auctions in cooperation with Kristen Routh-Silberman of Synergy Sotheby's International Realty and Scott Tampkin of Compass. Previously offered for $5.45M, when closed, the transaction will represent the highest sale price in the Lake Las Vegas area since 2016.

43 Rue Mediterra Drive had been on and off the market for nine years before selling at auction. In just five weeks, the global exposure generated by Concierge Auctions resulted in over 1,191 inquiries, 105 open house tours, and 32 qualified showings.
