Calling all Opportunity Zone Redevelopment Projects to an Open Pitch Competition in Newark on October 17

NEWARK, N.J. - Rezul -- BrownfieldListings.com (BL) and the New Jersey Innovation Institute (NJII) are thrilled to call Opportunity Zone (OZ) redevelopment projects nationwide to a groundbreaking and high-impact pitch competition that will conclude the Newark Opportunity Zone Boot Camp & Pitch Competition taking place at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) on October 17. Project stakeholders anywhere in the U.S. may freely submit any real estate redevelopment in an OZ and potentially be selected to pitch their project to expert judges in front of a live audience for a chance to gain exposure, win prizes and garner actionable project interest.

There is no cost or obligation to submit a OZ project and all valid OZ project submissions will be shared with attendees as well as BL's international network of investors, developers and real estate professionals over 25,000 strong. Every submission will be reviewed by numerous redevelopment experts and projects selected as semifinalists will receive invaluable feedback, as well as complimentary tickets to attend the event.
