Buddy Chalfant Lands His Largest Deal Yet for Hilliker

ST. LOUIS - Rezul -- Hilliker Corporation is celebrating a major win with Broker Associate Holland "Buddy" Chalfant! Buddy closed his biggest deal since joining the team in January with Surplus Equipment Company / RXShelving.com, a distribution company specializing in medical and pharmaceutical fixtures, furniture, and equipment.

He negotiated the deal for the 2,790-square-foot office space located at 2382 Centerline Industrial Drive, St. Louis, MO, 63146 in April.

The lead for Surplus Equipment Company / RSShelving.com came from putting in the time of cold-calling prospective clients. Buddy said that using cold calling as one of his tactics has given him practice by refining his approach to explain to prospective clients how he can help their businesses grow with the right commercial building.
