These new concierge level design packages include full service interior design and project management. Brick + Beam Studio will plan, oversee and manage every detail of your project from the initial design concept to the completion of construction. There are thousands of decisions and selections that go into a successful kitchen or bath renovation, the Brick + Beam Studio professional team's exclusive design process will guide you every step of the way, making the renovation process fun and enjoyable.

All Brick + Beam Studio design packages begin with an Initial Consultation which will identify the requirements for your space and discuss the design potential. After the consultation you will receive a proposal from Brick + Beam Studio detailing the design scope of work and investment. Once the proposal has been accepted, Brick + Beam Studio will measure and document the existing conditions of your space and create design concept and layout options for your review and approval.

After a conceptual direction is agreed upon, Brick + Beam Studio will source and select all fixtures, finishes and materials for your kitchen or bathroom. This includes flooring, wall finishes, plumbing fixtures, appliances, cabinetry and lighting as well as artwork and accessories. To help you better visualize how all of these selections will look together, Brick + Beam Studio will also create photorealistic renderings of your new space. These renderings help clients understand the size of the space and functionality as well as color and material placement.

The final step in the design process is the creation of Construction Drawings which include floor plans, lighting plans, electrical plans, finish plans, elevations, details and specifications. These drawings will be used by the builder to price and construct your dream kitchen or bathroom to the exact design specifications that you already approved during the design process. Brick + Beam Studio has a team of trusted builders, craftspeople and vendors that can be recommended to clients for a seamless transition into the construction of your space.

During construction, Brick + Beam Studio will manage the project on your behalf to make sure everything is proceeding as designed and as scheduled. Brick + Beam Studio will facilitate regular construction meetings and answer all questions that arise during construction. As your project nears completion, the entire team will walk through your bathroom or kitchen and create a punch list of outstanding items.
