Company leaders explore trends and innovations shaping the future of homebuilding
ISELIN, N.J. - Rezul -- American Properties was among the more than 76,000 home building professionals who attended the 80th NAHB International Builders' Show® (IBS) from February 27-29 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Representing the company were Paul Csik, Senior Vice Presidents of Sales & Marketing, and Kelly Flanagan, Sales Manager, who immersed themselves in the latest industry trends, innovations and best practices.
IBS, the largest annual light construction show in the world, featured more than 1,800 exhibitors across 678,000 net square feet. It was held in conjunction with the National Kitchen & Bath Association's (NKBA) Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) as part of Design & Construction Week® (DCW), which attracted over 117,000 attendees and 2,400 exhibitors.
The American Properties team took full advantage of the show's diverse offerings, attending key seminars that provided valuable insights into homebuilding's future. One standout session, Executive Insights Exploring the Year Ahead with Homebuilding's Top Leaders, was led by the NAHB President and CEO, James Tobin and provided an in-depth look at the industry's economic outlook and emerging opportunities.

Another highlight was Site Planning and Design Trends, which explored the evolving demand for multi-generational living, the rise of "Tech Barns" that integrate large work from-home spaces into open areas, and innovative approaches to multi-family communities. These trends align well with American Properties' commitment to customization and personalized home designs, offering one-of-a-kind creations tailored to buyers' unique tastes.
The team also gained valuable strategies from sessions such as Power of Communication: Its Impact on Your Company and Customer Experience and Mapping the Buyer's Journey: 19 Touch Points to Establish Trust and Influence the Sale. These insights will further enhance American Properties' approach to customer engagement and sales effectiveness.
"The International Builders' Show provided an incredible opportunity to engage with industry leaders and gain insights that will shape the future of homebuilding," said Paul Csik. "The latest trends and strategies we explored will allow us to continue delivering exceptional homes that meet the evolving needs of today's buyers," added Kelly Flanagan.
