CHARLESTON, S.C. - Feb. 23, 2018 - Rezul -- HomeGate Real Estate has a new Territory Broker for their Charleston Market. We would like to welcome Brooke Madsen to our HomeGate Team!

Brooke Madsen's real estate experience includes not only residential sales, but investments, property management, and, most recently taking over as Broker in Charge of HomeGate Real Estate® Charleston. Her objective is to always do what's in the best interest of her clients and to make her clients savvy in real estate so they understand "what" and "why" regarding one of their biggest investments. Knowledge is power, and she is always learning all she can to keep her clients and agents up to date on real estate changes and how it might affect them.

Brooke is also an instructor for the real estate pre-licensing courses in Charleston, SC. She brings a wealth of energy, enthusiasm, and practical experience to the classroom to help students understand the core principals of real estate and to enjoy the experience.
