Top GCR REALTORS Douglas Morris and June Hiller named Agents of the Month

GARDEN CITY, S.C. - Rezul -- Garden City Realty is pleased to celebrate the achievements of its REALTORS. Douglas Morris was named the Top Listing Agent in February, while June Hiller was named the Top Selling Agent of the Month.

With $3.587 million in sales year-to-date, Morris ranks within the top 5 percent of the total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market. His total sales volume includes six listing transactions totaling more than $3.587 million with an average sale price of $597,833, and an average of 137 days on the market.

Morris finished 2024 with over $9.5 million in sales, including 15 listing transactions totaling more than $7.677 million and six selling transactions totaling nearly $2 million.

Hiller has achieved $425,000 in sales year-to-date, putting her in the top 61 percent of the total MLS sales volume for the Grand Strand market.  Her sales volume includes one selling transactions totaling more than $425,000 and 105 days on the market.
