~ Houston, TX - Governor Greg Abbott has announced the reappointment of Bruce Oakley to the Board of Pilot Commissioners for Harris County Ports. Oakley, a Houston native, will serve a term set to expire on February 1, 2028.

With an impressive background in law and public service, Oakley brings a wealth of experience to the board. He is currently a partner at Hogan Lovells U.S. and previously served as judge of the 234th Judicial District Court in Harris County.
