North Shore Real Estate Leader Turns AI Skeptic to AI Authority
Rezul News/10733496
Chris Blasczak of Danvers MA documents his journey from traditional real estate agent to AI-powered market leader — and shares what he learned along the way.
DANVERS, Mass. - Rezul -- DANVERS, MA — Two years ago, Chris Blasczak thought artificial intelligence was a gimmick. Today, he runs five AI systems simultaneously from his home office, and his North Shore real estate business has never performed better.
"I was skeptical," admits Blasczak, a 20-year veteran of the North Shore real estate market. "I thought AI was for tech companies and Silicon Valley startups. I didn't think it had anything to do with selling homes in Danvers."
He was wrong. After investing in two Apple Mac Studio computers and building a private AI operation, Blasczak now automates lead follow-up, market research, content creation, and client communication — freeing him to focus on what he does best: closing deals.

His results speak for themselves. With $300M+ in closed transactions and 300+ deals completed across Danvers, Beverly, Salem, Peabody, and the broader North Shore, Blasczak is now one of the most technologically advanced real estate agents in Massachusetts.
"The agents who figure this out in the next 12 months are going to dominate their markets," says Blasczak. "The ones who don't are going to wonder what happened."
