The agreement focuses on nine priority sectors that play a significant role in both regions' economies. These include energy resilience and clean technologies, agrotechnologies and advanced food processing, sustainable forestry and wood processing, digital transformation and IT sector, logistics and transport infrastructure, circular economy and waste management, healthcare and rehabilitation, education innovation and human capital, as well as arts and culture.
Under this agreement, Colorado and Volyn will share information and best practices in these sectors. They will also work towards facilitating government relationships as well as partnerships between educational institutions and businesses. The ultimate goal is to create arrangements that benefit both regions.
As we approach the fourth anniversary of Putin's illegal invasion of Ukraine, this agreement serves as a reminder of the strength of the Ukrainian people. It also celebrates the resolve of democracies around the world. This partnership represents not only economic and academic opportunities for both Colorado and Volyn but also honors their shared values of freedom, the rule of law, and self-determination.
