HOUSTON - Rezul -- Colliers is pleased to announce the sale of acreage located along Goodson Loop off FM 1774 in Pinehurst, Texas. The land was sold in two separate transactions, with Tom Condon Jr. and Bill Byrd of Colliers representing the seller in both deals and the buyer self-represented. Closing was coordinated by Jane Mathews and her team with Stewart Title – Tomball.
The first portion of the property, consisting of ±42.79 acres, and the second portion, consisting of ±25.01 acres, together comprised the assemblage along this key stretch of Goodson Loop. Both sites offer excellent frontage and convenient access to major regional transportation routes.

"The sale of these tracts underscores strong buyer interest in well-located land that supports future residential development opportunities," said Tom Condon Jr. "Developers are looking for sites with infrastructure access and flexibility," added Bill Byrd. "These Goodson Loop tracts met that criteria."
The Pinehurst area is experiencing notable activity as residential and commercial expansion pushes outward from the core of northwest Houston. The sale of these parcels reflects continued confidence in the region's long-term prospects and the value of strategic land positions.
