Spokane: Police Arrest Registered Sex Offender for Child Sexual Abuse Material

~ Spokane, WA- On September 10th, 2026, the Missing and Exploited Children Task Force made a significant arrest in their ongoing efforts to combat crimes against children. Randall R. Robinson, 46, was taken into custody by detectives from the Spokane Police Department's Criminal Intelligence Unit (CIU), along with assistance from the Washington State Patrol and federal partners.

The arrest was made after a thorough investigation by the Task Force, which included the execution of federal search warrants at Robinson's place of employment. He has been charged with Distribution of Child Pornography, Receipt of Child Pornography, and Possession of Child Pornography.
