CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Rezul -- Cravey Real Estate Services, Inc. is pleased to announce the lease of a newly constructed industrial warehouse facility located at 1222 Cathead Road in Wildcat Industrial Park, a growing industrial development in Northwest Corpus Christi.

The transaction was completed by Scott Fauver of Cravey Real Estate Services, Inc., representing the landlord, Humpal Real Estate, Ltd. The tenant, PK Companies Group, LLC, was represented by Stephanie Hastings. The lease commenced on September 1, 2026.

The 10,902 square foot, 2024-built facility sits on 4.25 acres and features a functional industrial design suited for field operations, logistics and heavy industrial applications. The crane-ready building is engineered to accommodate a 10-ton overhead bridge crane. A fully stabilized, fenced and gated 3.25-acre yard provides ample space for outdoor storage and fleet operations.

The property was delivered with several tenant improvements completed by the landlord prior to occupancy, including expanded office buildout, enhanced yard fencing and upgraded gated access points to accommodate operational requirements.

PK Companies Group, LLC is a specialized industrial field services contractor supporting refinery, petrochemical, manufacturing and heavy industrial operations across the Gulf Coast region. The company provides a range of services including industrial safety solutions, inspection support and field-based technical services critical to plant reliability and turnaround operations.
