BALTIMORE - Nov. 16, 2018 - Rezul -- Quasar Property Management and Real Estate, LLC of Rockville, MD has sold a portfolio of 35 Baltimore properties on November 15, 2018. The properties were acquired by Baltimore Res Fund I, LLC. The portfolio consists of over 30,000 SF of residential space.
