Performance Programs Company believes that with this textbook, Florida will have a new high-quality option to learn Florida real estate laws and fundamentals in the traditional classroom setting and/or via online. Along with the textbook, we provide adopting real estate schools a modifiable 700 slide PowerPoint presentation, a timed outline, learning objectives, and an additional Test Pack with hundreds of supplemental practice questions (including the required two final exams).   In additional to the prelicense textbook, we publish Florida Real Estate License Exam Prep 2^nd Edition as an exam prep resource to help students pass Florida's licensing exam. For the sales associate postlicensing 45-hour requirement, we have Florida Real Estate Postlicense for Sales Associates in development for a late summer release date.
