Pete Freeland, Executive Producer on New Amazon Prime Series "Marisa Romanov", Launches New Website

LOS ANGELES - Nov. 20, 2018 - Rezul -- Pete Freeland has worked on several television shows and new-media productions and has brought several feature films from initial concept to fully distributed status and consulted on multiple others.  A rocket scientist with a military background, Pete also has experience in the aerospace industry.  Pete has worked on projects with the space shuttle, space station, and numerous x-vehicles – these projects had budgets in the millions or tens of millions, and Pete was able to manage to stay within 1% of cost and schedule targets.  He understands the complexities and embedded tasks needed for execution on a production and will deliver the highest quality product on budget and schedule.

Pete's producer credits include Smile, The Bicyclist: His Dream Wasn't Stupid, He Was, Justice on the Border, Taking Fire, the upcoming French/Netflix series Café dans le temps and Studio 3 Hollywood.

As an actor, Pete has been cast in national commercials, feature films, commercials and several TV series. Recently, Pete has gone onto Co-Star on the "Must Watch" Entropy episode of CBS's Criminal Minds that aired Jan. 13, 2016. Aside from being an Executive Producer on the new fantasy/noir/crime-drama series Marisa Romanov, created by award-winning writer Miranda Spigener-Sapon, he also has been cast as a series regular in the series. Pete has also been cast in the Netflix Mini-Series In the Name of God in which he plays the lead alongside Eric Roberts and Robyn Lively.  Pete also was Line Producer and a supporting star in the OpPrime-TV web series Windward Spirits  You can also catch Pete on National Geographic Channel for his flight training as one of the PROJECT POSSUM astronauts scheduled for an upcoming mission.
