Pacific Village Releases New Homes for Sale on Saturday, August 3

SAN DIEGO - Rezul -- Lennar San Diego is thrilled to release the first phase of new homes for sale at all three Pacific Village neighborhoods on Saturday, August 3. Homebuyers have the opportunity to purchase in person during the sales release at the Penasquitos Village Shopping Center parking lot beginning at 9:30 a.m. with a 9 a.m. check-in.

The Promenade is a new neighborhood at Pacific Village that offers four distinctive floorplans for homebuyers to choose from of attached upscale townhomes. The homes range in size from approximately 1,611 to 2,214 square feet of living space with two to four bedrooms and two and one-half to three and one-half bathrooms. Prices start from the low $600,000s and 12 will be available for sale in the first phase release.

The Pavilion is another new neighborhood at Pacific Village. Showcasing three distinctive floorplans of attached townhomes for sale, sizes range from approximately 1,454 to 2,005 square feet. Offering two to four bedrooms and two to three bathrooms, pricing starts from the mid $600,000s. Nine homes will be released for sale at the event.

The Commons is the third new Lennar neighborhood coming soon to Pacific Village and the only collection of single-family homes at the masterplan. With three distinctive floorplans in total, sizes range from approximately 1,935 to 2,270 square feet with four bedrooms and three bathrooms in each plan. Pricing starts from the high $700,000s and eight will be released for sale.
