Northcreek Medical Office Building sells for $4.8M

GOODLETTSVILLE, Tenn. - Rezul -- Holladay Properties has sold the Northcreek MOB located at 3103 Business Park Circle in Goodlettsville, TN to North 42, LLC for $4.8 million. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, an ownership entity of Holladay Properties, and Great River Realty Capital represented the buyer in the deal, which closed on November 5, 2021.

Holladay developed the 17,000 square foot medical office building, located in the Northcreek Business Park, in 2017. The multi-tenant facility is primarily leased to Goodlettsville Pediatrics, for whom Holladay completed a 10,000 square foot build to suit.

Holladay Properties has been providing property and facility management services for the building since it was built. The firm will continue to manage the building through the end of the year.
