Naples Airport rated among Southwest Florida's 'Best Places to Work'

NAPLES, Fla. - Rezul -- Naples Airport has been honored as one of the "Best Places to Work in Southwest Florida (https://bestcompaniesgroup.com/best-places-to-w...)" for 2026 following a staff survey demonstrating high levels of satisfaction among all employee groups.
The airport also was honored in 2025, 2024 and 2023.
"Being recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Southwest Florida for the fourth consecutive year is a testament to the workplace culture that our talented employees worked so hard to create. It is truly a special place and a privilege to lead this team," said Chris Rozansky, executive director for the Naples Airport Authority. "Our board members and leadership team collaborate to foster an environment that empowers and supports our employees so they can thrive, no matter their role in the organization. As a result, we are better equipped to serve our community, our customers and our industry."

In Southwest Florida, the "Best Places to Work" survey is conducted by The Best Companies Group, an independent research firm based in Pennsylvania that surveys employers about their company policies, practices, benefits and demographics. The Best Companies Group then administers an employee survey to collect feedback and gauge opinions on dozens of workplace topics; responses are protected to ensure confidentiality. Survey results are then published by Gulfshore Business (https://www.gulfshorebusiness.com/best-places-to-work/best-places-to-work-in-southwest-florida-for-2026-revealed/article_50b68779-22ca-4a7d-afba-4bbbf22fbaf4.html) magazine.
