Nichols brings more than 20 years experience working with SaaS start-ups and scaling Customer Success teams, including onboarding, professional services, and customer support, success, and training. She started her career as a management consultant helping Fortune 500 and Global 2000 clients transform and scale customer-facing operations and has held leadership positions running global service and support in high-tech and biotech start-ups.
